All the below info comes from Wowheadnews.
It appears there are 4 factions with which to get rep, Golden Lotus, Shado-Pan, Klaxxi, August Celestials (no write up yet). Three of the four seem to be predominately dominated by rep gaining dailies done at level 90, the one exception is Shado-Pan with a notiable number of quests at level 88 (in Kun-Lai Summit zone) and 89 (in Townlong Steppes zone) in addition to the normal level 90 dailies.
Reputation vendors sell ilvl 489 epics that require Revered to purchase.
