The best COP piece would be the tier from blast furnace at 108 since thats better than 105 or 106. The best AS piece however would be the legs from Ka'graz at 110 since its better than 101 or 107.
Items in red are best for both builds and cyan is for tier pieces. It took me awhile to figure it out and I had to ask Sean for clarity too :p
Numbers are wowhead's score based on the stat weights.
